I am a registered telehealth provider in the State of Florida and offer individual and couples therapy to Florida residents on a fully virtual basis. Sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure confidentiality and privacy.

Prior to the pandemic, I worked exclusively in person. During that period, I transitioned my entire practice online and, through that experience, came to appreciate that effective courses of treatment can take place virtually from beginning to end.

Since then, I have resumed offering in-person sessions at my office near Grand Central Station in Manhattan. However, the majority of my work continues to be conducted online.

While I have found that occasional in-person meetings can help strengthen the therapeutic alliance, I no longer view them as essential to a successful course of treatment. For many individuals and couples, virtual therapy offers a flexible and effective alternative to in-person therapy.
